To order ECS Health, Safety and Environmental assessments, please complete the application, scan, and email to ecsapp@sjib.org.uk
We do not accept photographed applications , please either scan and email to us or alternatively post to the SJIB, please ensure that the correct postage is applied.

Important note

The following cards have changed:

Labourer
ECS Related Discipline
Senior Manager
Site Manager
Contracts Manager
Office Staff and Visitors.

Individuals who have held these cards in the past should now apply for an alternative card which can be accessed from ECS cards.

The health, safety and environmental requirement for the new cards has changed. The ECS health, safety and environmental assessment will not be accepted as part of an initial application.
